Karim Aly is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Public Sector practice.
Karim has extensive experience in strategy and business development, organizational restructuring, and operations. He specializes in large-scale transformation initiatives including economic reform programs, sector strategy development, and organizational restructuring.
Karim focuses mainly on the Kuwait and Egypt markets where he serves some of the region’s most important clients. He handles our client development activities for the Public Sector practice in Kuwait and Egypt.
Karim currently leads the public–private partnerships offering for Strategy& in the MENA region and has published several articles and papers on the topic, including “Partnerships for transformation: Using public–private partnerships in the GCC.”
He holds a BSc in mechanical engineering from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from INSEAD.
