Samer Moubarak
Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Samer Moubarak is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Family Business, Investments, and Real Estate practice in the Middle East.
He has more than 15 years of international experience and has worked across the Middle East, Europe, and East Asia. He advises leading real estate developers, government authorities, and sovereign wealth funds on large-scale urban transformation, investment strategies, and the development of entertainment and lifestyle destinations.
Previously, Samer worked as a Director at Booz Allen Hamilton, and prior to that, he worked in the oil and gas sector in project management and supply chain functions.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut.
