Social impact

Turning commitment into actions

Shaping change where it matters most

For us, social impact is the chance to use our extensive capabilities as a force for good, strengthening mission-driven organizations and shaping the systems that enable their impact to endure.

Across the region, the third sector carries enormous responsibility with limited resources, operating within complex systems that hinder impact at scale. By partnering with them, we help sharpen decisions, build models that travel, and create momentum that sparks transformative ripple effects across sectors and communities.

How we activate impact

We bring this vision to life through four connected areas of work that mobilize networks, influence systems, and help impact carry further across the region.

We help build the region’s pipeline of emerging leaders through mentorship and practical training in problem-solving, communication, and structured thinking. With youth unemployment across MENA at 24.4 percent, equipping young people with transferable skills is critical to closing the opportunity gap and strengthening long-term ecosystem capacity.

Our partnerships in action

180 Degrees Logo
Exclusive partnership with 180 Degrees Consulting, bringing the model to the GCC and delivering 20+ skills-based workshops over the past two years
Project 1932 Logo

Nonprofits know their communities best. Our role is to help them unlock scale. We work alongside their teams to break down complex challenges, explore scenarios, and co-design solutions that are realistic, repeatable, and built for broader adoption across the ecosystem.

Our collaborations in action

We contribute thought leadership that helps shape regional priorities. By bringing research and emerging insights into focus through panels, publications and sector-wide discussions, we help shift the conversation from reactive problem-solving to proactive, long-term planning.

We stay grounded in community realities through hands-on initiatives that connect our people directly to the work. These experiences deepen our understanding, reinforce purpose, and ensure our strategic support remains rooted in empathy, relevance, and lived experience.

Systemic action for sustainable impact

Real impact doesn’t happen in silos. That’s why we act as ecosystem mobilizers: turning insight into activation, connecting organizations around shared priorities, and helping the social sector operate with greater cohesion and a longer horizon.

Our aspiration

To be a catalyst for social impact in the region

The principles that guide our impact

Our work is driven by a belief that the next generation deserves a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable future. These three principles anchor every decision we make, shaping how we partner, where we focus, and the systems we aim to influence.

Access and opportunity

Expanding access to education, skills and employment, because opportunity at scale creates resilience at scale.

Leaving no one behind

Embedding inclusivity to elevate those too often overlooked, ensuring fair opportunities for people of every age, ability and background.

Protecting our planet

Safeguarding the environment, so that the next generation inherits a viable future.
