Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Fadi Adra is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Public Sector practice. He leads the firm’s government and public-sector work in the UAE.
Fadi has deep regional expertise in social services, human capital development, and government governance. He has led a number of large-scale reform and transformations, strategic planning, organization design/enactment, and program management and implementation projects for public sector entities in the GCC.
Most recently, he has led client assignments covering the restructuring of the social services sector for a GCC government and the establishment of a social innovation fund in a GCC country.
In addition to his client work, Fadi leads the Strategy& Social Impact program in the Middle East, which provides pro bono consulting services to a large number of NGOs in the region. He is also a co-founder of Qudurat, an intermediary that mobilizes skilled volunteers from the professional community to develop the capabilities of NGOs and social businesses in Lebanon.

Fadi is a home-grown consultant. He initially joined Strategy& in 2004 and then re-joined after taking time off to earn his MBA.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut.
