He has over 15 years of experience and specializes in large-scale transformation programs, digital and ICT strategies, and corporate strategy design.
Tarek has worked with Middle East telecom operators on redefining and executing their go-to-market strategies and value propositions through digital experiences, new growth ICT services, and solutions, and has led the development of group corporate strategies for the largest telecom operators in the region.
In addition, he has worked extensively with government entities on designing national ICT strategies to help create new and sustainable economic impact; and has provided hands-on support to technology incubators and multinationals to further the growth of innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture capital in the MENA region.
Tarek holds an MBA from IE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Fordham University.
