Jad El Mir is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Digital practice in the Middle East.
He advises telecom operators and digital players on large strategic and transformation projects across their full-business value chain. Jad focuses on B2C customer-facing commercial strategies and business transformations, consumer digital adjacencies, regulatory strategies and lobbying management, and operating model development. He has also formulated market-entry strategies, and supported successful greenfield and brownfield launches of mobile operators in the region.
Jad also advises clients across the region on sports and gaming sectors development, and supports sports and gaming entities with their strategic transformations. He focuses on sector strategies and governance, investment attraction and enablement across the sports and gaming sectors in the region.
In addition to his client work, Jad regularly publishes viewpoints and articles covering the commercial value creation for telcos and future trends shaping the sports and gaming sectors.
Jad holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
