Jad focuses on B2C customer-facing commercial strategies and business transformations, telecom/media and entertainment convergence, regulatory strategies and lobbying management, operating model development, and large-scale program management. He has also formulated market-entry strategies, and supported successful greenfield and brownfield launches of mobile operators in the region.
Jad holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
