Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Karim Daoud is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Digital practice in the Middle East.
He has more than 25 years of consulting and P&L management experience in the digital, media, and publishing industries across the Middle East.
Karim’s main areas of expertise include vision and strategy formulation, strategic planning, digital transformation, post-merger integration, partnership and JV development, public–private partnerships, institution building, change management, and new business/product development.
He first joined Strategy& in 1999 as an associate in the Telecom practice where he led several telecom and public-sector engagements. After almost five years with the firm, Karim made the jump to industry where he accumulated extensive experience in the media, education, and digital publishing sectors in the Middle East. In addition to his client work, Karim has co-authored several reports and viewpoints including “Saudi Arabia’s dynamic television and video market”, “The path to growth for Middle East media in a post-pandemic world”, and “Building a vibrant news industry in the Middle East and North Africa”.
Karim holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris.
