Paul Saber is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice in the Middle East.
He brings more than 15 years of experience advising senior government officials and centers of government on economic development, policymaking, legislative affairs, government excellence, and national transformations.
He has led major initiatives across governance, legislative reform, and export and investment promotion programs, supporting public sector leaders in delivering large-scale change.
Prior to consulting, Paul founded a telemedicine and digital health startup in the Middle East.
In addition to his client work, Paul has co-authored articles, such as “The trillion-dollar export opportunity in non-oil goods”.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
