Georgie Saad is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Energy, Resources and Sustainability practice.

Georgie joined the firm in 2009 and has 18 years of consulting experience across the Middle East. He focuses on advising ministries, regulators, and other governmental agencies on a broad range of topics including industrial policy design, investment attraction execution, industrial and economic zones strategy and large-scale transformation programs.

Georgie’s recent client engagements include:

  • Leading the design and execution of a national incentive program for the industrial sector
  • Designing and executing a large-scale global supply chain program focusing on attracting industrial investments into a GCC country
  • Leading the strategy design of a large industrial city authority in the GCC
  • Leading the corporatization strategy development of a large industrial governmental entity in the GCC aiming to reach financial sustainability
  • Supporting a cross-ministerial committee with the enablement and development of the national shipbuilding sector of a GCC country
  • Supporting a Ministry in the GCC with the development of a concept of major maritime hub

In addition to his client work, Georgie has co-authored several reports and articles, including “Reconfiguring Global Value Chains - Advantage Middle East”.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a M.S. in management (Grande école) from HEC Paris, and a B.S. in economics from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.
