Maha Raad
Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Maha Raad is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Mobility, Aerospace, Infrastructure and Tourism practice in the Middle East.
She has over 15 years of experience and specializes in transport and logistics, tourism, and economic development. Maha serves key public and private sector players in the Middle East across a set of topics, including strategic planning, policy setting, transformation, greenfield business setup, localization and operating model design, such as:
- The growth and transformation of several leading GCC postal operators including the optimization of existing business and the diversification into new and adjacent areas
- Transport and logistics policy, strategy and sector institutional setup design for GCC authorities
- Economic and tourism-sector strategies for a variety of regions and cities across the Middle East
- The feasibility and greenfield setup of several logistics service providers, including GCC national champions
Maha has also co-authored several reports and articles, including “Modernizing Gulf logistics through digitization”, “Localizing high-tech industries to build resilience and economic growth”, “The COVID-19 recovery plan for logistics companies in the GCC” and “Destination Middle East 2.0—Innovative tourism”.
Maha holds a master’s in management from ESCP business school and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Joseph University.
