Ousama El Ghazzi

Ousama El Ghazzi is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice in the Middle East.

He has fifteen years of consulting experience in strategy, organization, and transformation. He primarily supports ministries and public-sector entities in the GCC countries across the environment and agriculture sectors. His areas of specialization include sustainable land management (SLM), combating desertification and land degradation, drought management, incentives and subsidies, privatization, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Prior to joining Strategy&, Ousama worked with twofour54 - Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority within the strategic planning and business development department. During his MBA, he conducted internships with EBANX in Brazil and Raise in USA. Post his MBA, he was a mentor for the Analytics Lab at MIT.

Ousama holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut (AUB). He also has CFA level-1.
