Aya Hallak is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice in the Middle East.

She advises key decision makers on enabling food security and driving efficiency and innovation in food supply chains. She is also an expert in large-scale transformations and culture change programs and a member of the firm's Katzenbach Center. Recently, Aya recently supported leading organizations on agrifood investment opportunities, biotechnology strategies, strategic reserves programs, agricultural subsidies rationalization, transformation of agriculture services, food processing zones development, as well as a number of culture change and change management programs.

In addition to her client work, she has authored multiple reports and articles, including

Aya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
