Dima Sayess is a Partner with Strategy& Middle East, where she leads the Ideation Center — the firm’s mission lab at the forefront of actionable foresight, life-centered design, behavioral economics, and advanced analytics. Originally established as one of the region’s premier think tanks, the Ideation Center accelerates transformation by fusing bold innovation with cutting-edge research.

For more than 20 years, Dima has led national quality of life strategies and large-scale government transformations, aimed at advancing future readiness and driving policy innovation. Her work enables governments and organizations to anticipate change, strengthen their resilience and productivity, and unlock new sources of public value.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Dima was a strategy and policy advisor at the Executive Council of Dubai, where she authored Dubai’s Public Policy Guide and led major national initiatives. Earlier, she was an economic advisor to Lebanon’s Ministers of Finance and Education through her work with the World Bank and UNDP. 

In addition to her client work, Dima has co-authored multiple reports, including

Dima holds a master’s degree in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University of Beirut.
