Samer Al Chikhani is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Energy, Resources and Sustainability practice in the Middle East, where he advises governments, regulators, and leading organizations on some of the region’s most critical sustainability, water, environmental, and government transformation challenges.
Over the course of his career, Samer has worked at the intersection of strategy, policy, and activation, helping clients translate ambitious visions into measurable outcomes. His expertise spans water resource management, environmental sustainability, nature and biodiversity, climate resilience, ESG, and the sustainable use of natural resources. He has supported policymakers, regulatory authorities, and private-sector organizations across the Middle East in designing strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation programs that balance growth with environmental stewardship.
Samer combines deep sector expertise with a practical, results-driven approach. He has contributed to major initiatives covering environmental protection, nature reserves, biodiversity conservation, sustainable tourism, land restoration, and strategic resource planning. His work has supported large-scale national programs and institutional transformations that are shaping the future of sustainability and environmental management across the region.
