Natalia Gonzalez

Natalia is an associate with the Ideation Center at Strategy&, where she focuses on foresight and behavioral economics capabilities. She conducts in-depth research, analyses data, and develops reports that help inform decision-making at high levels across both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalia worked in strategic consulting and private equity, where she gained experience in strategic planning, operating model enhancement, financial modelling, and investment and acquisitions operations. She also built robust skills in project management, research, and strategic planning.

Natalia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an LLB from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas—ICADE in Madrid, Spain. She also completed an exchange program at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College University in London, and a certificate program in hotel real estate investments and asset management at Cornell University in the United States.
