Ana Pimienta
Senior behavioral scientist
Ana has over 9 years of experience in consulting, specializing in behavioral
science and experimental economics. Her experience in the design, development,
and implementation of behavioral science interventions spans health behavior
change, financial literacy, and labor market policy. She has led the design,
development, and implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions
across diverse domains, including health behavior change, financial literacy,
and labor market policy. Ana integrates her expertise in behavioral science with
a human-centered design approach to craft practical, impactful solutions. In
addition, she brings four years of managerial experience, guiding
cross-functional teams and ensuring the effective delivery of complex
projects.
Ana holds a degree in mathematics and economics from Marquette
University and a master’s degree in Behavioral Decision Sciences from the
University of Pennsylvania. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Ana worked
at the Computational Social Science, where she developed new methods to enable
solution-oriented, scalable social science for use by behavioral science
practitioners.
