Dima joined the firm in 2020 to lead the Ideation Center in its mission to advance the interests of the Middle East region through research, design-thinking labs, capability-building programs, and participatory platforms. Her past experience includes time spent as a member of the Strategy& government and public sector practice between 2008 and 2014, where she managed and contributed to numerous projects focused on socioeconomic and human capital reforms.
