Dana Qarout
Manager, Behavioral economics
Dana has over a decade of experience in leading behaviorally
informed public policy dialogue with governments across
regions, including the Middle East and North Africa (MENA),
South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She has led various
quantitative and qualitative studies on topics related to
labor market integration, gender, financial inclusion,
childcare, and student learning outcomes. Dana has a Master
of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and Bachelor
of Science in Economics, Culture and Politics from
Georgetown University in Qatar.
