Alexandra Chesterfield is a behavioral scientist with extensive experience across government and large corporations; most recently, she led a behavioral risk team at a large UK bank. Her work and thought leadership has been recognized by Forbes, Reuters, Harvard Business Review.

Formally trained in Cognitive and Decision Science, Alexandra is also the co-author of "Poles Apart", which she also teaches as part of a course at the Intellectual Forum, Cambridge University.

Now based in the U.S., Alex consults globally and conducts PhD research at the London School of Economics, integrating psychology and AI to solve complex, high-impact problems.
