Associates are vital members of client project teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for emerging professionals to use their critical-thinking abilities and communication skills Exceptional Associates can apply for MBA sponsorship to top business schools, including full tuition assistance and a two-year leave to complete their studies.

Entry Level: Undergraduates or professionals with 1–4 years of experience or holders of Masters/PhD degrees

Senior Associates are responsible for end-to-end project leadership. They work closely with their teams and clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues. Senior Associates manage and mentor staff while cultivating industry-specific expertise.

Entry Level: Professionals with management consulting experience or 5–10 years of expertise in a relevant industry, typically holders of MBA degrees

Managers lead project teams while supporting their career development, interface with clients, develop and implement strategies, and assess key global trends.

Entry Level: Professionals with 7–10 years experience in management consulting or another relevant industry

Principals drive large, complex client engagements, and contribute to business development within a specific platform. They leverage their insights and expertise to help senior-level clients address pressing challenges.

Principals lead and mentor Managers and other team members.

Entry Level: Professionals with 13–15 years of experience in management consulting or other relevant industry expertise

Partners set our firm’s strategic vision, own key C-suite client relationships, drive new business across multiple platforms, and create expert thought leadership. They lead teams of Principals and Managers.

Entry Level: Professionals with 16+ years of experience in management consulting or other relevant industry expertise
