Is this program right for you?

This program is open to Saudi bachelor's students of all majors who are currently studying in Saudi Arabia and need to complete a cooperative training requirement before they graduate in 2025 or 2026.

Top candidates typically:

  • Undertake a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership, and team experience
  • Showcase excellence in personal achievements (e.g., social organizations, personal endeavors) and other major achievements (e.g., leadership roles in extracurricular activities)
  • Are fluent English and Arabic speakers

If you are applying for the June 2025 intake:

  • Apply by January 30
  • Online assessment in February
  • Interviews take place in February and March

Our Strategy& cooperative training lasts four months. At this time, we are unable to accommodate shorter or longer durations.

The program is based in our Riyadh office, with opportunities to work closely with Strategy& consultants on projects across the Middle East. You can explore our different offices through our careers site.

The training program is currently only open to undergraduate students studying within Saudi Arabia.

Yes, the cooperative training offers a competitive package.

There are two rounds of virtual case study interviews. The first round consists of two interviews. Successful candidates will then advance to our second round for a final interview.

The four-month cooperative training is an internship limited to undergraduate students in Saudi Arabia that have a co-op requirement. The Qadat program is a ten-month tailored graduate development program for recent graduates with less than one year of experience.
