As part of this three-day virtual experience, you will engage with seasoned Strategy& consultants, participate in interactive case workshops that provide insight into the firm and life in the Middle East, and take part in dynamic panel discussions. You’ll also receive expert guidance on the recruiting process and explore exciting career pathways in strategy consulting.
What to expect
All short-listed Strategy& Catalyst applicants will participate in a three-day immersive learning experience that includes:
- Engaging webinars on our firm, people, culture, and impact
- Panel discussions with seasoned consultants on unique industry insights
- An interactive discussion on how we champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
- A detailed case study walk-through, showcasing how consultants solve problems
- An inside look at careers in strategy consulting
Select Strategy& Catalyst applicants will also receive:
- Invitations to small-group or one-on-one conversations with our consultants (meetings may be virtual or in person, depending on location)
- Dedicated touch points with a Strategy& recruiter
