Your career at Strategy&

You’ll spend 1 to 3 years at each level (Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Principal) as you progress towards Partner. You’ll have the opportunity to develop expertise in multiple industries through a variety of projects.

There are many options to tailor your career journey at Strategy&. For example, junior staff may apply for a full MBA sponsorship to a global top 10 MBA program. Staff members may also take a sabbatical or other leave of absence to pursue their personal interests.

Undergraduate/advanced degree holders

New hires with undergraduate or advanced degrees join the firm as Associates. As core members of client engagement teams, Associates develop strong core analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

MBA sponsorship option (for qualified candidates)

Top performers are eligible to apply for an MBA sponsorship to a top business school. This includes tuition paid in full as well as a two-year leave from the firm.
