A: Hands down, it’s the people and the culture. A genuine sense of collaboration and support exists here. Everyone is working toward a shared purpose, and it’s inspiring to be part of a team that truly values its people and the impact we make.
A: What keeps me motivated is the combination of meaningful, challenging work and being part of a team that pushes each other to grow. Strategy& fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture where people genuinely want each other to succeed. I’ve also been empowered to lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, which is work that aligns with my values and reflects the firm’s strong commitment to making a real impact.
A: It’s definitely a juggling act! But flexibility at Strategy& has been key. It’s allowed me to grow in my career without sacrificing time with my family. I’m passionate about my work and mentoring my team, and I’ve been able to do that while also pursuing my MSc in Business Psychology, a subject that’s incredibly relevant to my work. I actually find myself applying what I learn in real time, which has been both fun and rewarding.
A: To me, inclusive leadership is all about creating a space where people feel heard, respected and supported, both professionally and personally. It’s about understanding that everyone is different, and leading with empathy and flexibility is important.
It’s not just about policies. It’s about the small, everyday actions that help people feel seen and empowered to do their best work. I see this theory put into action at Strategy& every day.
A: One thing I didn’t fully realize before joining was just how supportive the environment is, especially for women and working moms. The firm genuinely prioritizes well-being and flexibility, and that makes a huge difference. I’m passionate about spreading the word because Strategy& walks the talk when it comes to supporting its people.
