Q: Five years at Strategy&, that’s quite a milestone! When you look back, what’s one lesson or moment that really stands out?
A: My journey has been incredibly rewarding; it’s proof that steady, step-by-step growth really works. I’ve been fortunate to learn from amazing teams, mentors, and clients who constantly push me to raise the bar. It’s been a journey built on consistency, collaboration, and curiosity.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to think critically and challenge everything. Every problem has layers, and understanding them means looking from different angles, connecting the dots, and building thoughtful, well-tested solutions. That mindset has shaped how I approach everything I do today.
Q: If you were to sum up your experience at Strategy& so far, what would you say?
A: It’s been a mix of challenges, growth, and discovery. Strategy& is an environment that constantly stretches you, whether through complex client work, new problem statements, or learning from brilliant colleagues. I’ve grown not only in technical skills like analysis and storytelling, but also in how I think, lead, and collaborate.
Q: What keeps you inspired and excited about what you do?
A: Definitely the impact we create and the people I work with. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions, especially when you can see the difference it makes for a client. And being surrounded by people who are driven, curious, and passionate keeps that inspiration alive every day
Q: How has your journey shaped the way you see the firm and your own path forward?
A: It’s shown me how much Strategy& invests in its people: not just through projects, but through opportunities to explore different experiences and career paths. It truly feels like a place where you can grow continuously, in ways that align with who you are.
Q: What’s one piece of advice you’d share?
A: Stay curious and open to learning, that’s everything here. Every project, every client, and every conversation has something to teach you. Don’t rush the process; focus on growing step by step, and the results will follow.
