A Southeast Asian regional integrated National Oil Company requested Strategy& to assist in the assessment and implementation of a new operating model whereby the Company transforms into a Holding construct. The 2-phased engagement starts with the assessment and reorganization of the Company’s current and future business portfolio, designing the high-level Holding organization structure and defining the transition roadmap.
