Situation
An MDB wants to assess how its brand is perceived in the market and by its stakeholders compared to its peers on key areas: Climate, Energy, Digital, Social Impact.
Approach
- Using the Digital Intelligence Services, we assessed tens of thousands public web and social mentions around MDBs globally and segmented the results using keyword queries.
- We quantitatively and qualitatively assessed the level of public discussion, intensity of audience engagement and the positivity and negativity of the sentiment for our client and their peers.
- Building our custom designed index, we then benchmarked our client against its peers on the four key areas of interest and produced a ranking showing the top performer for each key area - by regional and global audiences.
Results
- We enabled client to get clear insights on market and stakeholder perception of the organization’s performance on key topics, including the impact of specific initiatives.
- We provided our client with a performance benchmark against peer institutions, and over time
- We gave our client a clearer understanding of the channel, geographies and key influencers driving the conversations about our client and their peers, along with the topics that are generating traction and what percentage is owned vs earned.
