Rafael Schmill is a Partner based in Strategy&’s Milan office.

He has extensive experience in the Energy, Utilities & Resource sectors, having worked with global players and institutions across the whole Oil & Gas and Energy value chain: from upstream to midstream and downstream.

With almost 20 years of professional experience, he led project across Europe, Central Asia, Sout-East Asia, North Africa, Latin America and the US.

Rafael has developed a strong expertise in energy transition, small Scale LNG business, new mobility and sustainability. 

Rafael has a strong international background and talks six languages.
