As a consultant, you focus on developing your analytical and communication skills, and with subsequent business projects you deal with growing complexity.

Senior Consultant

With two years of project experience, you can step into a senior consultant role and work on client-based projects. With projects becoming more complex, the challenges are more and more complex, and the result of your work has an increasing impact on customer value. Now you can develop an area of expertise in a field of your choice.


The manager runs projects and leads their team. Based on their extensive experience and well-established skills, they share their knowledge and support team members in their professional development. The manager focuses on developing their leadership skills and acts as a mentor for aspiring consultants. They also a go-to person of each project, directly responsible for contacts with the client.


The director is a trailblazer and team leader. They manage large, complex tasks. They work closely with the client to the highest standards to help them meet the toughest challenges. They are accountable for the implementation of projects. They develop business and liaison with clients.


Partners set the strategic vision for our company by maintaining key customer relationships to the highest standards, driving new business and creating thought leadership that positions them as industry and functional experts with valuable insights.
