He has 20 years of telecom consulting experience. He has worked in 50+ countries a.o. Middle East, Americas, India, South East Asia, Africa. Steven is based in Amsterdam and has the Belgian nationality. Experience in Telco, Tech Manufacturing, Semicon and Software sectors. Strong track record in structuring and launching multi-year transformations covering portfolio optimization, operating model redesign, cost reduction and reshaping the investment agenda in light of market shifts.
