Nicole Lentink is a partner at Strategy& in the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam. She has more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare ecosystem and advises healthcare organizations on strategy development and strategic transformation programs.

Nicole works with healthcare payers, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders to address the challenges of affordability, accessibility, and workforce shortages. She supports organizations in defining future-oriented strategies through AI and digital readiness scans and translating these into large-scale transformation programs with a strong focus on digital, data, and AI-enabled change.

She has experience in the development and implementation of AI strategies for health insurers as well as the design and delivery of large-scale digital and AI transformation programs for healthcare providers.
