Sander Visser

Sander Visser is a healthcare advisor based in Amsterdam, specializing in payor-provider collaboration and hospital transformation. Over his 20 years in strategy consulting, he has led and contributed to a wide range of projects for a diverse client base. Notably, he co-developed "Quality as a Remedy," an innovative approach that targets the elimination of overuse to simultaneously improve healthcare quality and reduce overall costs.

Sander joined Strategy& in May 2011. Prior to this, he led the development of a medical diagnosis device at Optisense Technologies, bringing valuable hands-on experience from the healthcare technology sector to his advisory work.
