Amer Jeambey

Amer Jeambey is a Senior Executive Advisor at Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Family Business, Investments, and Real Estate practice in the Middle East.

With over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, he brings practical expertise in investment and portfolio strategy, operating model design, corporate turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions. He advises a broad range of principal investors, including sovereign investment funds, family conglomerates, private equity and venture capital firms, and investment holding companies.

Before joining Strategy&, Amer worked at Amanat Holdings, an investment company publicly listed on the Dubai Financial Market, where he held the role of Chief Financial and Investment Officer for the healthcare platform. Earlier in his career, he was involved in special situations investing across regional equity markets in addition to M&A advisory throughout the GCC.

Amer holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA in Financial Economics, and a BA in Economics, both from the American University of Beirut.
