Meet our team: Federico

Associate, Italy

Federico is an Associate based in Milan. He pursued the MSc in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with an international experience in South Korea at KAIST University. After completing his studies, he joined Strategy& in June 2019. Federico is a curious person with many interests, and is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship.

What attracted you to Strategy&? 

What attracted me to Strategy& was the opportunity to work on a broad variety of strategy-related projects in a relatively small team with a flat hierarchy, meaning I could really make an impact. Moreover, I liked the fact that thePwC network has a wide-ranging portfolio of capabilities across different industries which allows a junior resource to learn from a diverse range of people.

What is the most stimulating part of your job?

Working in strategy consulting creates various opportunities to constantly grow, both professionally and personally, and feed one’s curiosity, while working together with bright minds to solve challenging problems. What stimulates me the most about Strategy& is the ever-changing nature of the consulting lifestyle, working on very different assignments, in multiple sectors and international environments. Indeed, no two engagements are the same and hence every project represents a great learning opportunity, offering the chance to deal with the diverse business challenges of the various clients we support. 

What do you value most about Strategy&?

On one hand, the small team along with a high internal and external exposure since the first assignments allows every person at Strategy& to make an impact, proactively contributing with their ideas and suggesting new solutions. On the other side, the firm international network offers a broad variety of opportunities that could boost your professional career.
