Career path

Grow and develop through five levels

You can expect a clearly structured career path and fast career progression. Typically, you will spend 2-3 years at each level (Associate, Senior Associate, Manager and Director)* as you progress towards Partner.

Intern

As an intern you need to be a Master’s student (still enrolled at University), ready to embrace a work experience in consulting for at least 6 months. You will begin with a short and intensive training that will get you ready to face your first tasks as a junior consultant. You will be involved in the clients’ work with responsibilities such as analysing data, doing research or making presentations. Whatever task you are asked to turn your hand to, whether administrative based or an exciting client-facing task which really tests you, prove to the team you can take on a little greater responsibility every day. If you meet our performance expectations, you will receive an offer to return full-time as an Associate upon graduating.

Associate

Associates develop strong core analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and add value as powerful contributors to client outcomes. You will receive dedicated mentorship and support as you will develop a more self-driven and independent behavior on the job. Our culture encourages even the most junior levels to express their insights and opinions. Every team member has a voice that is listened to.

Involved by the client and team in setting the work stream’s scope, you will provide regular updates to the client on your progress, frequently interact with the team to proactively update on the completion status of your tasks and provide new insights. Senior Associate

Over time, you will gain experience of industries and sectors, and build strategic expertise in your chosen area. You will become independent in daily activities and take ownership of a workstream end-to-end and learn how to engage effectively with clients.

Manager

You will develop client management skills as the day-to-day relationship owner and also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, coaching junior staff on projects, learning to lead high-performing teams. We expect you to consistently turn excellent project-based relationships into concrete opportunities for follow-on work, progressively focus on business development activities, supporting marketing initiatives and leveraging PwC network for insights and expertise.

Director

As a Director you will bring innovative thinking and thought leadership as you manage large, complex engagements, providing guidance to juniors and feedback to partners. You will work closely with clients at the most senior levels to help them tackle their most pressing challenges. Our Directors develop into our Partners of tomorrow.
