Luca Colombo is a partner based in Strategy&’s Milan office.
He has extensive experience in the Energy and Utilities sector, having worked with both global and local players across the value chain of electricity, gas, oil, water and waste.
With more than 20 years of experience, he served clients across markets in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US.
His key areas of focus are:
- Corporate Strategy and Strategic Planning;
- Customer strategy and Marketing;
- Mergers, acquisitions and large-scale transformation programs, including post-merger integration;
- Operating model optimisation and performance improvement;
- Organizational transformation and rightsizing.
