Gianpaolo is a Partner at Strategy& Italy responsible for the EU&R Advisory of PwC in Italy with the leadership on Strategy and M&A trasformation team.
He has gained a significant experience, since 2003, on Energy & Utilities with focus on:
- M&A/Growth strategy;
- Strategic market positioning & planning;
- Business plan development;
- Market and competitive intelligence;
- Commercial due diligence;
- M&A execution (negotiation of partnership/business combination);
- Company valuation;
Gianpaolo has extensive experience in the management of rationalization processes of public shareholdings and in the analysis of strategic options for the development of local public services; he managed an important number of projects in the chain of gas/electricity, renewable energy, power generation, waste management, water service, energy efficiency and district hearing sector.
Gianpaolo earned an MBA in 1999 at School of Management SDA Bocconi in Milan.
