Q: What's been your favourite project so far at PwC's Strategy&?

A: My favourite project so far has been a market strategy for a health company which was wanting to know what to do with their existing businesses, and identify potential market entry opportunities. We examined their existing portfolio against the company's global strategy and capabilities, financial performance, as well as regulatory and market outlook. After a 6 week sprint, we provided recommendations for the businesses they should exit, and the markets they should enter or further invest in. It was a short, sharp but sweet project and I got to work with a great team to deliver it.

Q: Why did you join Strategy&?

A: I joined Strategy& because of the diversity and intellectual challenge of the work and the opportunity to help clients across the public and private sectors with some of their biggest problems. The people at Strategy& are an added bonus -they're collaborative, committed, and smart. They're people you want to catch up with on a Friday back in the office, and have dinner with when you are travelling for a project.

Q: Beyond Strategy&?

A: I love to spend my weekends visiting wineries, hiking, and camping at the coast. Saturday mornings are spent shopping at the farmers market, catching up on interior design blogs and doing a barre or yoga class before meeting up with friends for lunch. And, these days, there's usually something fermenting, preserving or baking in my kitchen.
