Why Strategy&

What attracted me to Strategy& was primarily the opportunity to work on a broad variety of strategy-related projects. In addition, we are a relatively small team, and the hierarchical structure very flat, meaning that you can really make an impact.

What is the most important thing you have learnt at Strategy&

Having a critical mindset when presented with data, and being able to extrapolate the most likely facts from multiple sources. This is a skill that is not highlighted strongly enough at university, I think.

What has been your most rewarding project to date

Shortly after I joined Strategy&, we helped a manufacturing company formulate their strategy towards 2025. The project really exposed me to a broad selection of core consulting skills: formulating hypotheses, combining quantitative data with qualitative data from interviews, effectively communicating the main messages, while relying greatly on business acumen throughout. This was the first time I had a significant role in a large strategy project, and I have used these learnings in all my projects ever since

Beyond Strategy&

When I’m not in the office, I spend time cycling, running, and playing padel. I also enjoy a good meal, either dining out or cooking at home
