Cecilia is a Manager based in our Stockholm office. She joined Strategy& in 2020 following her internship in 2019, and after finishing her MSc in Accounting, Valuation & Financial management at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Why Strategy&
Given my experience from my internship I knew Strategy& would provide me with what I am looking for in a job – a great team and dynamic work environment where I will be able to grow both professionally and personally. What also appealed to me was the culture at Strategy&, where I appreciate both the flat hierarchy and great team culture.
What is the most important thing you have learnt at Strategy&
Alongside problem solving skills, I would say the ability to make sense of large amount of data/information and communicating key takeaways efficiently to the client.
How would you describe your internship experience
Obviously, I had a very positive internship experience. Not only did I get to take part in some of the interesting projects Strategy& is involved in, but I also got an insight of the great team culture at Strategy&. From day one I felt welcome, and I was amazed by the ambitious yet humble colleagues who prioritized my learning and experience.
Beyond Strategy&
When I am not in the office I enjoy traveling, spending time in the nature and having long dinners with my friends/family.
