Shivaprakash has close to two decades of management consulting experience in growth strategy, sales transformation, profitability improvement, business performance management and supply chain reconfiguration across the domains of industrial and consumer goods. He has led multiple large-scale consulting projects with several global and Indian companies by bringing together strategy, operating model, people and technology to successfully implement business model transformation and deliver profitable growth.

Prior to his current stint at Strategy&, Shivaprakash worked with Renoir Management Consulting and Deloitte Consulting in India.
