Prince Agrawal is a seasoned strategy consultant with 8+ years of experience partnering with companies across consumer goods, FMEGs, apparel and home furnishing sectors. He specialises in growth strategy, go-to-market, operational efficiency and large-scale transformation projects. His work spans launching B2C ventures, scaling revenue through accelerating offline and e-commerce sales, entering new markets, optimising sourcing and procurement, and transforming operating models to improve profitability.

Previously, Prince held roles such as head of strategy at a non-banking financial company and a leading fashion and retail company in India – managing retail stores turnaround.
