Nikhil Arora

Nikhil is a Partner with Strategy& India. With over two decades of management consulting experience, he has advised many Indian and global clients across the consumer products, automotive, and IT services sectors.

Nikhil specialises in driving large-scale transformation and profit improvement programmes, with deep expertise in route-to-market strategies, supply chain optimisation, and cost take-out. He has also led several high-impact engagements in operational efficiency, EBITDA enhancement, and long-term value creation. His work focuses on partnering closely with C-Suite executives to shape strategic agendas, mobilise organisations, and embed sustainable change.

Before joining Strategy&, Nikhil was a Partner at EY's Business Consulting practice. He spent close to a decade with Accenture Consulting where he built a strong foundation in strategy and execution. Nikhil has also co-founded a food-tech startup which has enabled him to gain valuable entrepreneurial experience.
