Nikhil is a Partner with PwC Strategy& India, based in Gurugram. With over two decades of management consulting experience, he has advised leading Indian and global clients across the consumer products, automotive, and IT services sectors.

Nikhil specialises in driving large-scale transformations and profit improvement programs, with deep expertise in supply chain optimisation, route-to-market strategies, and cost take-out. Over his career, he has led high-impact engagements that have delivered measurable outcomes in operational efficiency, EBITDA enhancement, and long-term value creation. His work is distinguished by his ability to build and mentor high-performing teams and partner closely with C-Suite executives to shape strategic agendas, mobilize organizations, and embed sustainable change.

Before joining Strategy&, Nikhil was a Partner at a Big Four consulting firm and spent close to a decade with a leading consulting firm, where he built a strong foundation in strategy and execution. Between his tenures, Nikhil also co-founded a food-tech startup, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience.
