Kushal leads the omni-channel sales acceleration and front office transformation (FOT) platform for retail sector clients.

He has partnered with Indian and global brands in retail apparel and home furnishing space to help them scale up in a fast-changing consumer landscape across online and offline channels. He specialises in working at the intersection of technology and changing consumer behavior to drive key insights and levers for growth for consumer brands. He has helped CXOs, promoters and senior management to define priorities and execute strategic agendas, investment decisions and undertake transformational change within organisations.

He has over 13 years of strategy consulting experience spanning across retail and  consumer and industrial products in India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He is passionate about platform businesses, energy transition, environment and sustainability, and has co-authored multiple firm reports and articles including:

Prior to joining Strategy&, Kushal worked with the Strategic Decisions Group, a boutique management consulting firm helping organisations apply decision analysis for strategic investment decision making, and with EY in their Advisory division.

He holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi majoring in civil engineering along with a minor degree specialisation in computer science, and has completed a postgraduate diploma in digital and platform businesses from Emeritus (collaboration of MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School). Additionally, he holds a certification on decision analysis and biases in decision making from Stanford Centre for Professional Development.
