Full-time Senior Associate position

Job description

MBAs typically enter Strategy& as Senior Associates. Senior Associates work with clients throughout all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses for those issues, structuring and performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against the identified issues, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations and developing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy.

As a Senior Associate you are end-to-end responsible for a work stream within the project, working with both Strategy& and client team members. You regularly manage a team of consultants and you will work across a variety of industries. (International) travel can be part of the job as you will often work at the client site.

The wide array of backgrounds and diversity among our people is highly valued, as this is one of the secrets underlying the power of our teamwork. If you want to realize your full potential while making a difference for clients and society, Strategy& is the place for you.
