Izy Bailey

Izy is a partner in PwC's Strategy& practice based in London. She focuses on Strategic Operating Model and has more than 20 years of enterprise-wide operating model transformation experience. Izy’s clientele includes a number of private sector organisations such as FMCG, Retail, Business Services, and she frequently delivers projects in both global corporate transformation and strategic M&A settings.

Selected engagements include:

• Delivery of an operating model simplification programme for a global retailer to deliver £50m annualised cost savings
• Design and implementation of a simplification programme for a global business service from five divisions into three to deliver £50m cost savings
• Definition of a post-COVID operating model for a global recruitment organisation to deliver 10% cost out whilst still delivering on the companies’ growth projections

Prior to joining the firm, Izy served as a strategy partner at EY Advisory.

Izy holds a BA in History at Christ’s College in Cambridge University. She is fluent in English, French, and also speaks Mandarin.
