This individual provides a safe and supportive space to discuss any challenges or areas where one may require assistance. Furthermore, at the onset of projects, "ways of working" chats are conducted. To me, this has always emphasised the diverse working styles among team members and the advantages that stem from these differences.
Another useful tool has been DAWN, the Disability Awareness Network, which actively encourages open dialogue and provides channels for employees to share their experiences, challenges and suggestions. They listen attentively and take concrete actions to address concerns and improve the workplace experience for all.
Ultimately, Strategy& has empowered me to embrace my unique abilities and contribute meaningfully to the organisation.
