Simon Treis

Simon Treis is a Partner at Strategy& Switzerland and a member of the European industrial products and operations practices. He leads our Swiss Strategy& business as well as the European manufacturing practice.

With more than 12 years of strategy consulting experience, Simon advises clients globally across strategic operations topics, specializing in manufacturing strategy and performance improvement, including lean. His project experience includes global operations transformations, as well as new factory set-up, and operations restructuring.

Simon holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich).
