Kariem Schlieper is Director at Strategy& and part of our European pharma and life sciences practice, where he is responsible for our business in technology strategy.
He advises clients in the pharmaceutical and crop science industry on leveraging technology for value creation and business efficiency. He has deep experience in business-led transformations in the areas of data/ AI, Cloud and ERP.

His key areas of expertise include:

• Functional digital strategy in operations, commercial and R&D
• IT strategy and optimization
• Planning and steering of large scale transformations
• Data, AI, and automation strategy
• Cloud transformation and architecture design

Kariem holds a master’s degree from University of St. Gallen with focus on business and technology management. He brings multiple years of international experience in the US, Japan, and China and speaks English, German and Arabic.
