Do you want to get a taste of strategy consulting, and learn more about yourself while getting to know a group of inspiring women? This is your chance! On March 19th, Strategy& is again hosting its Ladies Event: Strategy&her ‘Shape your future career’.

The event will be held at the beautiful Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam Noord, starting at 1:00 PM. Throughout the day, you'll gain insight into the world of strategy consulting and the experience of being part of Strategy&, all while acquiring valuable skills to propel your career forward.
What's the plan?
During the Strategy&her event we will focus on female-empowerment through experiental learning. We have invited a external speaker to help you create and refine your personal brand. Additionally, female leaders from Strategy& will share their experiences in strategy consulting and engage in open discussions. The day will conclude with a boat tour through Amsterdam's canals and an informal dinner with Strategy& colleagues.
The Speaker
During the Personal Brand workshop, trainer Karin Wiebenga-Neelen will guide you in discovering and positioning your personal brand. Using different tools, you will explore your talents, values and ambitions, and translate these into a clear and convincing personal story. You will work on a short pitch that powerfully describes who you are, what you want, and what you can do, and learn how to make this visible in your communication, from LinkedIn and your CV, to real-life conversations. Get to know yourself, your unique strengths and shape your future career path!
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for ambitious female students who are eager to learn more about Strategy&, and who have recently graduated or are in the final years of their studies. We select based on outstanding academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities. Fluency in Dutch is required.

You can apply here until Sunday, March 8th, by including your CV and transcripts of your grades (High school, Bachelor and/if Master). A motivation letter is not necessary, but always welcome. We have limited capacity, so claim your spot before it’s too late!
